Optical
Hosted trial
Optical is normally deployed into your own Cloudflare account. If you want to try it before making the effort, you can apply for an account on our invitation-only trial instance.
What Optical does
Optical plans your week into your Google or Microsoft 365 calendar. You work with it through your AI assistant: tell your assistant what needs doing, and it asks Optical to plan your week around the meetings you already have. Optical proposes a plan, and you accept it or ask for changes. Optical changes your calendar when you accept a plan, or when a booking page or poll you turned on books a time. It also cancels a booking when your guest declines it, and removes its own upcoming blocks when your account is deleted.
See the features page for everything Optical does in more detail.
Who can use the hosted trial
The hosted trial is invitation-only. It is open to people with a Google account or a Microsoft account (personal, or work or school) whose email address we have invited. Sign in with that same address.
If you use a work or school Microsoft account, your organisation’s administrator may need to grant consent before you can sign in.
Request an invitation
Fill in the request form with the address you’ll sign in with, and whether it’s a Google or a Microsoft 365 account.
Your data
